The key application of JINPAT slip ring in modern combat equipment

Currently, NATO is conducting the"Defender of the Nation 2024" exercise, which is one of the largestexercises since the end of the Cold War, aimed at testing NATO's rapiddeployment capabilities and new defense plans. This exercise involvesapproximately 90000 participants, distributed across multiple European andNordic countries, showcasing NATO's ability and preparedness to respond tomultiple threats. At the same time, the demand for related equipment in theMiddle East is also significantly increasing. The significant increase inrelated expenditures in countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar has driven thedemand for advanced systems and technologies. The cooperation between MiddleEastern countries and major suppliers continues to strengthen, especially inthe fields of drones and missile systems.

On the modern battlefield, miniaturizedunmanned aerial vehicle systems have demonstrated tremendous survivability inspecific combat scenarios. They can minimize casualties to the greatest extentpossible through the combination of situational awareness systems and weaponsystems. In these systems, slip rings serve as a crucial component for rotatingand transmitting energy and signals, supporting optoelectronic or wirelessdevices to obtain surrounding information 360 degrees without blind spots.

The photoelectric ball is a commonsituational awareness device on these unmanned remote control equipment, andall unrestricted photoelectric balls are equipped with a high-definition videosignal integrated rotary joint. JINPAT has invested a lot of effort in thefield of high-definition video signal integration slip rings, and independentlydeveloped a series of representative products for optoelectronichigh-definition terminal equipment. At present, there has been a breakthroughin the development technology of JINPAT's multi-channel high-definition videosignal integrated photoelectric ball and monitoring camera ball slip ring.

JINPAT's LPC1C series standard products arespecifically developed for this purpose. This series of products is composed oftwo standard slip rings, LPC-T and LPCC, which not only have the ability toproduce in large quantities, but also have the advantage of low cost, meetingthe needs of small-scale unmanned equipment consumption warfare inhigh-intensity combat scenarios. Similarly, after replacing the high-frequencyslip ring wires with 50 Ω impedance products, the standard products of the JINPAT series cansupport up to 1KW peak power devices, making this series of products a smallunmanned equipment platform radar slip ring.

When the JINPAT slip ring cannot meet therequirements of these small unmanned equipment, JINPAT provides a large numberof mature personalized customization solutions to solve the 360 degreesrotation conductivity problem of these device sensors.
