A kind of combined high-pressure slip ring sealing,combined tapered-slip-ring sealing was developed.Two O-shaped rubber rings were used to elevate the extrusion of slip rings,and a metal ring was used between them so that the left one can press the right one through the metal ring by internal pressure of seal cage to increase the pressure on the right of the slip ring.A set of elastic components were installed on the left of the slip rings.

These elastic components were pressed before installation,which can provide a sealing drive by their restoring force when there is no inner pressure so as to ensure the sealing being at good condition when it is started up,The combimed sealing has wear-self compensation function and the function of automatically adjusting the compression ratio of the section diameter of O-shaped seal ring in accordance with the pressure in seal cage.Therefore,it can be applied in bad seal environment even serious wear.

The numerical simulation indicates that kind of combined sealing has a sufficient sealing performance under high pressure,and the safety factor of the sealing is reasonable.
